Job Overview:
This role focuses on training Dadi’s partners (such as kindergarten teachers and coaches) to effectively deliver ABCmouse offline coaching lessons. It also involves recording demonstration videos for partner reference, helping teachers and coaches understand the Dadi ABCmouse class procedures, and ensuring that they follow standardized teaching processes to maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the on-camera instructor for pre-recorded video lessons, demonstrating various English language lessons across different levels on the ABCmouse platform.
2. Train and guide partner kindergarten teachers and coaches in delivering ABCmouse offline coaching lessons.
3. Organize and finalize lesson demonstration plans for Dadi ABCmouse offline English courses.
4. Review and improve class procedures and methods for Dadi ABCmouse offline English courses.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of experience in English teaching or training, ideally in early childhood education.
2. Strong presentation skills with an engaging, clear speaking style suitable for video content.
3. Experience in presenting or being on camera is an advantage.
4. Clear, pleasant, and well-modulated speaking voice with a neutral accent.
5. Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for an educational setting.
6. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, preferably ABCmouse or similar applications.
