Job Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training for Dadi Coach partners. The goal is to ensure that partner coaches gradually and thoroughly understand all aspects of the Dadi ABCmouse business, operate according to Dadi’s standard processes and model, and maintain high operational quality. This will enable both Dadi and its partner coaches to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver training for partner coaches on all aspects of the coaching business, following procedures established by company headquarters.
2. Compile training materials, including program overviews, operational guides, standardized processes, and other relevant resources and regularly update them to ensure the latest information is provided.
3. Conduct systematic training sessions to help coaches, fully understand program requirements, master operational steps, implement the project to achieve expected partnership goals.
4. Track training progress, supervise the quality and effectiveness of each training stage, gather and analyze participant feedback, and continuously optimize training content and methods to ensure that partners can successfully implement the project.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 year of experience as a trainer, educator, or in a similar role.
2. Strong organizational and resource integration skills, with excellent logical thinking abilities.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
4. Proficiency in using technology and online training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and others.
