Job Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training for partner kindergartens under the Dadi 212 ABC Program. The goal is to ensure that partner kindergartens gradually and thoroughly understand each aspect of the program, operate according to Dadi’s standardized processes and model, and maintain high operational quality. This will enable both Dadi and its partner kindergartens to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver training for partner schools and institutions on each aspect of the 212 ABC Program, following the procedures established by company headquarters.
2. Compile and maintain training materials, including program overviews, operational guides, standardized processes, and other relevant resources, and regularly update them to reflect the latest information
3. Conduct structured training sessions to help partners understand program requirements, master operational procedures, and effectively execute the program to achieve expected goals.
4. Track training progress, monitor quality and effectiveness of each stage, collect and analyze participant feedback, and continuously optimize training content and methods to ensure the successful implementation.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 year of experience as a trainer, educator, or in a similar role.
2. Strong organizational and resource integration skills, with excellent logical thinking abilities.
3. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
4. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for training (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
