Looking For Business Developer

(For Coach Business Development)


Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to identify individuals in Southeast Asian countries and regions who are interested in investing in or starting a business in the English education industry (e.g., ESL teachers, current teachers, recent graduates, retirees, parents, etc.) and guide them to become Dadi’s partner Coaches. Using Dadi’s operational strategies, they will launch English education programs related to ABCmouse. This role also involves maintaining long-term partnerships with Coaches by continuously providing services and support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrate various resources and social media platform to promote and recruit Dadi Coach partners in Southeast Asian markets.

2. Identify and develop potential Coach partners and maintain accurate records and follow-ups using the CRM system to ensure effective management.

3. Communicate with potential Coach partners through outreach letters, social media, and other channels, inviting them to attend business presentation sessions.

4. Conduct effective follow-ups to highlight the value of the program, encouraging potential partners,to enter into collaboration agreements.

5. Maintain strong relationships with partner Coaches, provide continuous services and support, while guiding and assisting them to improve their operational performance.


Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with the English education market for students aged 2-14 in Southeast Asia, with an understanding of of independent entrepreneur trends and demands.

3. Strong goal-oriented mindset, able to proactively identify and expand clients, while flexibly implementing strategies to achieve and exceed performance goals.

4. Ability to handle pressure and adapt effectively, maintaining a positive attitude when facing performance targets, client rejections, and market fluctuations, while continuously pursuing and surpassing goals.

5. Proficiency in using social media platforms to develop potential clients.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
