Job Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for identifying independent preschools and kindergartens in Southeast Asian countries and regions to establish partnerships for Dadi’s specialized English education program, the Dadi 212 ABC Program. The role also involves maintaining and strengthening long-term cooperative relationships with these institutions by providing ongoing services and support, with the goal of achieving mutual benefits.

PS: The main business development regions include Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage resources and social media to promote the Dadi 212 ABC Program in in Southeast Asian countries and regions.
2. Generate leads to identify potential school and kindergarten partners in Taiwan and record their information in the CRM.
3. Communicate with potential partners through development letters and social media, inviting them to participate in business presentations to facilitate cooperation.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner kindergartens and assist them in developing strategies while providing ongoing support for successful program implementation.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of successful experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with the English education market for students aged 2-14 in in Southeast Asian countries and regions, particularly the dynamics and needs of the kindergarten sector.
3. Strong goal-oriented mindset, adept at discovering and expanding client relationships, and proactively seeking methods to achieve performance targets.
4. Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of target pressure, client rejection, and market fluctuations while continuously pursuing and exceeding performance goals.
